Paul M. Dold, President
Born and raised in Minnesota, Paul first came to the islands when he attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and received his bachelor’s degree. After going back to Minnesota and obtaining a law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, Paul returned to Hawaii and began his law practice. Paul established Manoa Senior Care in 1994 with one Adult Residential Care Home in East Oahu. Today, Manoa Senior Care is comprised of eleven care homes located in Manoa and Kaimuki.
Lisa Field, Business Office Manager
Lisa Field joined Manoa Senior Care in 2021 with a business background in real estate, development, and human resources. With over 20+ years of business experience on Oahu and Kauai, Lisa works closely with all departments in coordinating facilities management and assuring that Manoa Senior Care always provides top-notch professional service to its residents and families.
Evelyn Toyama, Executive Assistant
Born and raised on Oahu, Evelyn comes to Manoa Senior Care with twenty plus years of experience in operations, management and senior care. Her expertise and skills also includes bringing people together through her ideas and inspiration.
Fiona Gao, Accountant
Fiona received her accounting degree in University of Hawaii at Manoa. She has been with Manoa Senior Care since June 2013. She is responsible for processing employee payroll, preparing invoices, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
Aren LaVigne, Nurse Recruiter
Upon completion of her nursing degree in Minnesota, Aren started her career as an RN at Manoa Senior Care. After leaving Hawaii she spent several years as a travel nurse, with assignments in Denver, Vail, South Carolina, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Alaska. She eventually settled back in Minnesota, where she currently works part-time at Unity Hospital in the Surgical Department.
